I started attending counselling when I was a teenager at the suggestion of my parents, and have worked with various different therapists over the years to help me to try and work through some of the issues and problems in my life. In 2011 I began working with students in a university setting to offer help and support with issues ranging from mental health to financial concerns and housing issues, and in 2019, I began training as a counsellor and psychotherapist, seeing my first clients in 2021.

Since then I've set up my own practice working in Falmouth, helping a wide range of clients with a number of issues, and feel like I have genuinely been of at least some humble benefit to each client I've had.

Other things that might be of interest. I have a partner and a daughter who I live with in Falmouth. We also have a dog. I love Cornwall and have been here for something like 16 years. I like movies, books and long walks, preferably to a pub.

I am a registered member with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.

I am insured through The Howden Cover Group.
